USS Ford Confidence and Capability
After multiple delays in qualification and pressure from the public and congress to explain these delays, the Department of Defense asked our team to film a short piece highlighting a major testing event, interview the ships leadership, and reinforce the capability and need for this ship. Every shot and interview was executed from within our team of four.
Marine Corps Innovation Challenge
Marine Corps Installations Command sought a way to motivate Marines to submit their ideas for improving the technology that Marines deal with everyday. Our team came up with this concept, compiled the shot-list and wrote the script. We were able to shoot the entirety of this commercial in one day across several different locations. I served as an on-set creative consultant responsible for providing technology assistance, lighting setup and shot direction.
Ask the Commandant of the Marine Corps
This product was made in response to backlash from the Marine Corps at large toward the commandant’s policies. The commandant sought a forum to speak candidly while also addressing concerns directly from Marines. Our team came up with the concept for this interview, which had never been done before in the history of the Marine Corps. From engaging our audience on social media to source questions, writing the script, setting up lights and sound, to conducting the interview itself, I lead every step of this product outside of scheduling the Marine Corps’ highest ranking officer.
The Corps Report feat. the Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps
Every two weeks we would script, film and release this studio production meant to update Marines on the latest news around the Marine Corps. Duties were rotated amongst our team and involved writing, camera work, direction, lighting, hosting and editing. This is one of my favorite episodes.
